>=app-admin/rsyslog-8.19.0 builds against dev-libs/libfastjson instead of dev-libs/json-c like
previous versions. To avoid runtime errors when mixing with depedencies which were build
against dev-libs/json-c we are now enforcing >=dev-libs/liblognorm-2.0.1 (first liblognorm
version in repository which requires dev-libs/libfastjson) dependency.

Update the ebuild to EAPI=6, and update an existing patch. We already
had a patch that made the build system support CFLAGS, so rather than
add another patch, binki's patch from Bugzilla was incorporated into
the existing one. The result respects CFLAGS, CPPFLAGS, and LDFLAGS.

While this version builds against =dev-libs/libfastjson-0.99.2 it does not
build against >dev-libs/libfastjson-0.99.2.
Additional, if you build rsyslog against dev-libs/json-c but build also against
dev-libs/liblognorm which was build against >dev-libs/libfastjson-0.99.2
you will get runtime errors.
To solve this problem we are restricting rsyslog-8.16.0 to build only against
dev-libs/json-c and also restricting to =dev-libs/liblognorm-1.1.2* (last
version which builds against dev-libs/json-c).

v1.1.3 only builds against <dev-libs/libfastjson-0.99.4. Because upstream already
moved to v2.0.x and nothing else is using dev-libs/liblognorm-1.1.3-r1 I am
dropping this version in favor of v2.0.1 which is already in the repository.

This new revision is based on the ebuild supplied by Michael
Mair-Keimberger in bug 334771. I turned his sed command into a patch,
and further updated the ebuild to EAPI=6.

Support for the creation of PT_PAX_FLAGS program headers in ELF objects is being
dropped in >=sys-devel/binutils-2.26.1. Running paxctl -C or -c either to create
a PT_PAX_FLAGS header or to convert a PT_GNU_STACK header on such ELF objects
results in broken executables. For backwards compatibility we continue to support
PT_PAX_FLAGS markings with paxctl but remove these unsafe methods from the eclass.

luajit is no longer a hard dependency, so we can depend on either
dev-lang/luajit, or dev-lang/lua
the perl support was erroneous, given that there is no perl client yet.
the tui is now optional, so other ui's can be used instead.
Add a clipboard use flag so neovim can copy to the clipboard.
Update to EAPI=6.
