Merge branch 'sp/gc'

* sp/gc:
  Use 'repack -a -d -l' instead of 'repack -a -d' in git-gc
  everyday: replace a few 'prune' and 'repack' with 'gc'
  Create 'git gc' to perform common maintenance operations.
