pack-objects: pass fullname down to add_object_entry()
Instead of giving a hash for grouping, pass fullname to add_object_entry(). I want to add "do not try deltifying this object" bit to object_entry based on the settings in .gitattributes, and hashing the name down too early would interfere with that plan.
