Dockerfiles

Simple collection of Dockerfiles for different languages, environments, GNU/Linux distributions, and contexts.

Note, the cross-product of the different configurations is not likely going to be the default, but expansion is possible.

Motivation

Managing individual repositories for different Dockerfiles for a few years has been a chore. Automated build setup tends to be more cumbersome than desired. Therefore, centeralizing all Dockerfiles seems like a solid solution, least we mentiion prior work in the space.
