services: avahi: Add #:debug? parameter.
* gnu/services/avahi.scm (<avahi-configuration>)[debug?]: New field.
(avahi-shepherd-service): Honor it.
(avahi-service): Add #:debug? and honor it.
* doc/guix.texi (Networking Services): Adjust accordingly.
