Merge branch 'sd/log-decorate'
* sd/log-decorate:
log.decorate: only ignore it under "log --pretty=raw"
script with rev-list instead of log
log --pretty/--oneline: ignore log.decorate
log.decorate: usability fixes
Add `log.decorate' configuration variable.
